PLAYER SALUTES
Thirteen (13) members of the SBA training teams participated in two (2) OBA provincial tournaments during the weekend of October 29/30 and returned with excellent results, including sixteen (16) medals.
Congratulations to all participants.

Great Success by SBA Players at ODBA District Junior Championships
Congratulations to all Soong Badminton Academy players who earned over 50% of all medals awarded at the recent District Championships. Excellent work.

ODBA Junior awards for Athletes of the 2007-2008 Season were announced at the Fall AGM of the ODBA. Six (6) of our SBA players were saluted in their respective age categories. Congratulations to Jozzepi Foo (U23 -M), AliciaPan (U16-F), Danielle Cantal (U14-F), Samy Coulombe (U14-M), Isabelle Beaudry (U12-F) and Chuheng Xing (U12-M).
Smash Junior Tournament - October 25/26 - Forty Seven (47) SBA players participated in the Smash tournament and earned excellent results: Gold-10, Silver5, Bronze3, 4th Place6.
ODBA OWG Fundraising Tournament - October 11- Congratulations to all SBA players who, with their partners, earned excellent results: Gold9, Silver15, Bronze9, 4th Place6.
